“Mollie is the most beautiful soul, she has this gift for making each client feel special and important. She provides you with the tools to strengthen your body in a safe way while allowing you to go deeper into your practice both physically and mentally. She always provides a safe environment, especially for those of us suffering anxiety and I am forever grateful for stumbling across her workshops a couple of years ago."

“I have worked with Mollie one on one with participants in Mental Health, bringing them to sessions with Mollie to learn and develop. In that time I have seen first hand her attentive, calm, caring, highly informed approach be so beneficial for them on every level. Mollie's knowledge and expertise intertwines with her compassion and understanding. I love seeing the impact Mollies yoga techniques and teachings have on participants. Truly highlighting her excellent yoga teacher qualities and moreover her endearing human qualities. Mollie always brings a non-judgemental, all-inclusive attitude to her work and participants report feeling more grounded, understood and regulated. Mollie's ability to guide participants through sessions that are tailored to their needs is unique and deepens the trust and connection participant's have with her and their yoga practice. Mollie is excellent at what she does and participants walk away from her sessions truly transformed.”
