We’re SO proud to offer scholarship places for our upcoming 350hr Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training, based on the Gold Coast and open to students across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay, and Northern NSW. This has been a dream of ours to offer this from day 1, and we are finally in the position where we can support scholarship spaces!
Yoga has the power to transform lives. But many people in our communities - including those from marginalized backgrounds - still face barriers to entering yoga teacher training.
By offering scholarship yoga courses in Queensland and Northern NSW, we’re aiming to live in alignment with our values by:
Breaking down financial obstacles for those who want to teach.
Supporting people from diverse backgrounds (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent individuals, carers, single parents, and more).
Ensuring that trauma-informed yoga teachers are equipped to serve in healthcare, schools, prisons, and community organisations throughout the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Northern NSW.
For our 2026 training cohort, we are offering:
1 place at 50% off tuition
1 place at 40% off
2 places at 30% off
1 place at 20% off
Applications open September 1st and close September 30th, 2025.
This scholarship program helps aspiring yoga teachers in South East Queensland and Northern Rivers NSW access a program that is both internationally respected and deeply rooted in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming practice.
We are looking for people who:
Have faced barriers to accessing yoga teacher training.
Are committed to inclusivity and accessibility.
Want to bring yoga into community settings in Queensland and Northern NSW - from Gold Coast schools and Brisbane health centres to Byron Bay retreat spaces and Sunshine Coast community hubs.
While our training welcomes students from across Australia, we are especially proud to support teachers in the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Byron Bay, and Northern NSW.
These regions are already rich with yoga communities, yet there is still a pressing need for more trauma-informed, evidence-based teachers who can bring yoga into local schools, healthcare settings, and social impact programs.
Every scholarship place offered helps ensure that the benefits of yoga are shared more widely - and more equitably - throughout our local communities.
Our 350hr Yoga Teacher Training is a nationally respected, evidence-based program designed for yoga teachers, health professionals, and community leaders who want to integrate trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and culturally responsive practices into their work.
Based on the Gold Coast with hybrid online study, this training includes:
11+ allied health guest educators
Deep dives into trauma, mental health, pain science, neurodiversity, neuroscience, and (true) inclusivity in yoga
Practical teaching skills and assessments aligned with industry standards
A supportive community of peers and mentors
