Taking a holistic perspective, Mollie explores the mind-body-soul connection and its profound influence on mental, emotional, and physical health. Her practice integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a deep understanding of the whole person to empower clients toward meaningful growth and transformation.
She believes you are the expert in your experience, and is committed to supporting you in uncovering the answers you are looking for, within, using therapeutic tools and interventions.
Mollie draws from evidence-based practices such as:
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Exposure Therapy
- alongside complementary approaches.
Her work is also informed by Somatic Therapy, Yoga Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and self-compassion-based interventions.
She collaborates closely with her clients’ or participants’ Allied Healthcare teams, believing that a whole-person approach to health is vital for achieving lasting success; the mind and body are not separate.
